CANDLEWOOD SUITES NEDERLAND

Thankfully, I was able to find a room for a few nights after a hurricane created contractor work for weeks. I had to come very late to check in, but had no issues getting checked in. Parking wasn’t great, but that happens when the hotel is completely booked. The weird thing was, there was a fan set up in the room- like a fan you put in a water damaged room to dry the carpet. Very odd. No mention of it at check in. But the room is clean. I have no real complaints

A lady by the name of Haley has no filter around her guest . She talk the the employees especially Ashley whith so much disrespect! Her attitude is straight garbage and falt out rude . I travel all over the u.s. and have dealt with many of people but as for this candlewood here in Nederland our company will never come to again!!!!

Hotel is NASTY. Smells bad, room is sub-par. Tried to cancel... they stated I would be charged for a night. I will be disputing the charges. Couldn’t bring myself to sleep at this place. Called IHG... they sympathized but couldn’t stop the charges. If you stay here... definitely lower your expectations.
