Lamb's Rest Inn B&B

Absolutely stellar. Lots of counter space for cooking and drinks, plenty of room for plenty of people, clean and well kept, huge pool that goes to 9 feet deep and a roomy hot tub, not to mention a massive front yard that’s gated off. Plenty of privacy from your neighbors and overall a fantastic trip, will definitely be back in the future

We stayed here for a wedding. Our room was ok, though there were no curtains in the small front sunroom where an additional bed was located. The grounds are run down, dead plants in pots, outside cushions were filthy, a general look of neglect. We also noticed a for sale sign which may account for the degraded condition of the grounds. With no on site management, other guests failed to observe quiet hours, noise in the kitchen area with folks popping popcorn at midnight, etc. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

This was our first time to stay here and it will not be the last. We stayed in the Texan room which was very comfortable. They are located right on the Guadalupe River with comfortable seating areas with great views of the river. We were there in off-season and the river was quiet. It obviously would be more noisy in the summer.
