There was no one at front desk to help with check in...no instructions on empty desk. No instructions on electronic door lock. TV did not work at all....bed was saggy, back killer and pillows way too...

The ambience and atmosphere takes you back in time, with a wonderful speakeasy to enjoy. Beautifully refurbished to the time period. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will hope to visit...
