Quality Inn & Suites

Overcharged on my bank card, go 👀 over your receipts. When call to informed them, clerk is so rude, not to mention the bad door that doesn't close right, on Rm# 127, asked for extra towels, she sends me, to 3rd floor to look for housekeeping, lol......Terrible staff (Bella)

10 mins after I checked in hotel my credit got hit $520 had to be hotel staff I havent used bank card in 3 weeks the only thing that I charged was this room! Don’t use a bank card! Don’t stay at hotel needs to be updated

First notice upon arrival - a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. No smoke detector....only wires showing (loads of detectors on the desk in lobby...assuming most rooms were without). No tv remove. Called and asked for one...never came. Went downstairs to get one and was given some off the wall remote that was not compatible at all. Towel rack in bathroom was bent pretty bad. This hotel name "Quality" is completely inaccurate. Have stayed in Quality Inns before and never had anything like this for a room. Do not recommend.
