Executive Inn

This place is a dump. The smell of marijiana is smelt as soon as you get in the parking lot. All the carpet is the building stinks. The room is missing the fire alarm, roaches in the hotel, bathroom faucets disconnected from the wall, sheets with stain and marks all over them. I took all I could and went to the front desk and demanded my refund. As I left and was sitting in my car looking for another hotel, one of the workers came to the car and told me I could not stay on the property because I was not a paying guest. This is very unprofessional. I have taken pictures and will be submitting them. I do not recommend anyone going to this place useless you are a drug user.

Had family come from out of town. booked @booking.com. The lady that was there during the day was very friendly, but the younger guy was extremely rude. This was a last minute purchase, and since it was after 12am, the system put it for the next day. so when i took the family over there he said "i cant help you, you are not in the system". I told him what i thought happened and could he check to see if there was a reservation for the following day.He said "no"..."not till tomorrow". So i ended up having to pay again, and i said when the conf. comes tomorrow, please cancel it. He told me i would have to come in the next day. I'm pretty sure he just didn't want to deal with it, and push it to the day person. i picked up the family, we had breakfast, and when i dropped them off at the hotel, i went in to talk to the jerk again and have it out with him....lol yeah, but he was not at the counter. After i explained to the lady behind the counter, what had happened she pulled it up on the screen and canceled it...no problem no fuss. My family said the rooms were clean and the beds was comfortable. They said they would stay again.

Staff were polite and friendly. Room was typical "motel-style", with wall-unit A/C, which was a bit intrusive but, again, typical. Some road-noise. Bedding and linen was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was basic but immaculate, although the shower knobs kept falling off! Otherwise, a comfortable nights stay.
