extremely bad experience, the room smells so bad , we had no hot water in our room , floors are disgusting , nothing is wiped down , the people above and next to us are very loud . would never come back .

Plainview's Quality Inn is worth the affordable, budget-friendly price. While the exterior is far from glamorous, that sketchy appearance belies clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Our room was very nice and updated, had a small fridge and a microwave, and a nice large bed. The hotel is also within walking distance of a gas station if you need snacks and water (which we did). On the downside, the Internet didn't work. But to be fair, I've never stayed at a hotel in Texas at which the Internet actually did work. And I've stayed in Texas quite a bit over the past few decades. But the price is worth staying here and the location immediately off I-27 is very convenient!

If I could give zero stars 🌟 I would. Quality Inn, Plainview, TX., is NOT a Choice Hotel. We stayed one night on Friday, July 26th. The front desk clerk was beyond rude. We booked 3 rooms in advance. We requested rooms on the ground floor because they do not have elevators, and some of our party had health problems. They gave our reservations to someone else, so our rooms were on the 2nd floor. Quality Inn Plainview is not a hotel. It is a motel. Guests were hanging out on the balcony smoking Marijuana and drinking. They were loud and obnoxious. The rooms are old and outdated with broken fixtures, mildew on refrigerator, buckling ceiling, dirty entry door,and rusty air conditioning systems (see pictures)
