If you like to feel safe with your property, this is not the place to be. So uncooperative, deceiving people with no empathy to personal being or property. Things can happen on camera and still won’t get no questions answered nor any justice will be served. Waste your time and your money at your own risk so just speaking with all honesty. I’m for sure I won’t be back and I’ll imply others not to either, unless you enjoy being screw before your stay will even end.

Stayed at Ocean's Edge 1/22. Have always had a satisfactory stay, but this time we were pleasantly surprised! Parking and front of hotel was super clean, the picnic area was spotless, expanded, and additional furniture added.very welcoming area. I ur room was SO clean. I think it was recently painted. We had a wonderful stay with comfortable beds and bedding and a large screen TV. The young woman at the desk was a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. Friendly, efficient and personable while being completely professional. There were fresh homemade cookies too! We shall return. Reasonable rates and nice breakfast.

Trusted the 8 out of 10 scores on booking.com, hotels.com, and Expedia.com. Even Tripadvisor rates it 4.4 out 5, and I can’t grasp why!
This is not really a hotel, but rather a motel, worn and tired.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.
The only thing that seemed to have been done is that the sheets had been changed.
After walking about the room, the soles of my slippers were all full of gunk and hair from the dirty carpet.
The hair dryer was disgustingly chockfull of previous occupants’ hair.
One chair by the table bore two large greasy spots, so I had to put a towel onto it.
A towel, all stained with something brown (not sure what it was) was thrown onto the curtain bar in the bathroom, which makes me think that the bathtub had not been cleaned at all.
Finally, the room featured the nauseous sewage smell. It was coming from the bathroom and got worse after I dared take a shower. I suppose that whatever was causing it had dried up and my taking a shower made it liquid again and thus propagate the smell. Turning the fan on would only make the matter worse, far worse.
The water in the shower came out tepid at best two evenings in a row. Not sure why.
The breakfast was a typical breakfast, with gravy and biscuits on a weekend morning.
The breakfast area people and reception ladies were very nice. I sincerely hope that the issues above would be taken care of, but if given the choice, I would never stay here again.
Just in case, the room number was 110.
One would think that in the off-season, tenants could be spaced out. Yet, it seemed that we were all placed room-to-room, so the neighbors’ TV could be heard at night from across the walls. If this was to help the cleaning staff, obviously it did not work (see above).
I can definitely place this hotel among the worst five I have ever been to in my life.
