I’ve had a great experience staying at this extended stay hotel. The manager truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Even when small issues come up—as they sometimes do—he handles them quickly and makes sure guests are satisfied. The hotel is consistently clean, and housekeeping does a great job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The staff is wonderful—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They really do their best to accommodate guests, especially for those of us staying long-term while working on projects. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-managed place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing an extended stay.

The people are the front desk are awesome. My room was very comfortable and roomy. I was there for almost 4 month and not one issue. Even after we were hit with a hurricane. Power went out, water was out but by days end everything was back to normal. TJ is an outstanding gentleman always willing to help and just outstanding. If you are on a job in Port Arthur, I highly recommend this Extended Stay.
