I usually go to his hotel 2-3 bc it’s 5 minutes away from my house. I stay here bc my daughter is very sensitive and gets allergic reactions when at work I have to deal with-a specific type of tree . It’s usually dirty with roaches, beds un done. Cigarret buds, and sometimes condom wrappers in visible vision. but im not a complainer or make a big deal bc i get what I paid for . But this time men.. I stayed two night back to back . First I felt unconftarble on getting to sleep bc of discomfort. Second nght I didn’t sleep at all bc itchiness . I took the blankets off and my god I was infested with fleas . I recorded and took pictures right away just for safety purposes . I called right away and they didn’t know what to do just offered another room. I stayed calm thinking the manger was going to actually make it up to me or whatever find a solution with expenses . Haircut wise or just something simple as tht but reasonable . Good thing I decided to take documented BECAUSE Manager offered a $10 discount . Bc he knows their rooms are clean. .. Place needs to get inspected honestly . Write me a message if you’re interested in seeing the pictures and videos privately .

I’ll keep it short 1. The desk clerk tried to steal from me by charging ten dollars extra to pay cash and I would get no receipt. 2. The first room was filthy with a non working ac and pieces of it on the floor. 3. The second room had a bed already slept in, the toilet barely flushed, the sink barely drained, the linens and towels were stained and not fresh. 4. The entire first floor reeked of weed shortly after I got there. It only smelled like cigarettes in the lobby when I got there. 5. There was dried dog poop on the floor of my room. 6. The staff was non existent and treated me like I was the problem. Really? 7. People propped the security doors open all night so there was no security. 8. The parking lot is full of construction equipment that isn’t part of their declared “renovation”. I’m sure it’s not staying there for free. 9. When I voiced these things to CS they tried to force me into a three way call with the manager. WTH is that?? 10. Trip Advisor reviews are WAY overrating this place. It’s not safe. It’s not clean. It is full of people using drugs.

The place is very filthy, this cockroaches everywhere. The rooms are very nasty, there is homeless coming in out of the hotel. Very weird crowd stays in this hotel, the hotel is mold like mold, and it needs to be renovated. I will not stay here, even if they pay me.
