Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn

We checked in earlier than the 4pm check-in time and the desk clerk was so helpful. She noticed that my husband had some mobility issues and offered a handicapped room on the first floor, instead of a second floor room we were originally scheduled in. Staff was very helpful and gracious, room was clean, breakfast was average, exterior landscape and parking were in good shape. Neighborhood had plenty of restaurants, fast food, shopping and easy to get to.

My goodness...this place is rough. I don't recommend it at all. I had to request a switch in rooms because the pillows (both the cases and the actual pillows; I even found a hair in one of them) and sheets were so stained. I will say that the lobby worker was quick to move me to another room, but even the other room had its issues (i.e., stained carpet, super dusty window, door in need of repair). The pillows are super thin and the linens/towels are scratchy. I know it's a budget hotel, but WOW, this was unpleasant place to stay at. Please don't stay here!

The staff have a very bad sense of service and very bad attitude. During the breakfast service the kitchen person in a very bad mood and rude (3 January in the morning) and at checkout likewise (4 January in the morning) The hotel is what you expect for the price. But very unpleasant staff attention.
