Overall this location was just ok. I'll admit the price was very good but...... the parking was terrible and that's putting it nicely. You were supposed to park in a parking lot that was at least a 100 yard walk to get to and was $20 to park in. The reason I use supposed to, both mornings we walked to our car, the little lot beside the motel was full of cars that were illegally parked and all the so called Diamond parking spots were full. That area had a fire lane and if a fire truck needed to pull in there it wasn't going to happen. The first night where I parked I didn't realize the trees would be full of birds and I mean FULL of birds and my car was covered with bird droppings. ll the birds singing in the trees in that area did sound wonderful and did wake you up but..... when a birds gotta go a birds gotta go.

Location was good, beds were comfortable but that is the end of the good. Staff was rude, halls and bathroom in the room were dirty. There even was a drop of blood on the bathroom floor. There even was pubic hairs on the floor! No room service to clean the rooms, we were there several days. The breakfast area was very small and if there were even five people, it wasn’t worth trying to navigate the small area to get subpar food. Staff were more in on their phones than assisting us.

I have made over 32 stays in less than 2 years with the Holiday Inn group. I say this as I want to clarify this is not my first experience of staying in a hotel. I have even stayed at this property multiple times and found it generally to be acceptable for the price. Unfortunately my latest stay prompts me to write a poor review. On Sunday 23rd of November 2025 I stayed at the property. I enquired about the accessible room and the gentleman on duty was even kind enough to show me the room. The next day on the 24th I booked 2 rooms including room 108 which is the accessible room on the ground floor. I did this at 6.45am in the morning at thr front desk to ensure I would get the room I needed. I was told the evening was free and that the room had been assigned to me. The booking was for the 28th which was less than 4 days from the day I made the booking. I arrived on the 28th to be told the room was not available. I requested to speak to the manager and was told "they will try and contact him". When we were shown the alternate room the smell was overpowering. It smelt of old stale Indian food combined with body odour. My wife requested another room and was given a diffuser with some artificial smell to try mask the stench. The speed at which the dehumidifier arrived suggested this was not an unusual occurrence. Again the request to speak to the manager was met with the same response. After a sleepless night due to the sickening smell now with a hint of pine fresh we began negotiating the task of bathing our daughter in the regular bath tub instead of the promised accessible room. We then discovered that there was a coakroach in the tub and on investigation another behind the trash can. I contacted IHG customer service and was told that they would escalate my concerns to the Hotel management. That was Monday 1st of December and as I write this on the 3rd of December I am still waiting for a response from the hotel. Its obvious that they do not intend in having repeat custom as the lack of concern for 1) not keeping my original room and putting a disabled teen in a wheelchair in a regular room 2) the stench and response to the stench and 3) the cleanliness of the property with coakroaches in the bathroom. I will be adding photos to my trip advisor and Google reviews.
