We got a suite and we were amazed at the size of the hot tub in the room! It could definitely fit 3-4 people so plenty of fun and relaxation! Staff was very accommodating and King size bed was very comfortable! Definitely need new pillows but we asked for more and received them. Would definitely recommend for the price alone!

My experience was terrible as well as the 3 other families that came with me. We checked in on Thursday March 28th, 2024 and were supposed to check out on Monday April 1st, 2024. We were unable to spend one night at this place. I have the pictures to prove that my room had double beds and the sheets were dirty on both beds. The hotel clerk told me that House Keeping was gone for the day so I would have to change the sheets myself. The chair was filthy, the bedspeads were stained and had hair on them. The rooms telephone didn't work because the wiring had been pulled out of the wall. The door knob was jiggly as if the door had been forcibly opened. The toilet was filthy with hair, urine and feces. The bathroom door was severely dammaged as if someone had kicked all the paint off of it. The hotel also had suspicious looking people there as if illegal activities were going on. When we returned the following day to speak with the manager Mr. Patel regarding our refunds he informed us that the night clerk that rented us our filty rooms had been terminated. Mr. Patel stated that my friends and I would receive a full refund. My friends paid with their credit card and received a full refund. Mr. Patel did not issue me a refund because I paid for my room via Priceline.com. Why should I be charged for 4 nights stay even though I never slept in their filty hotel room one night? Priceline needs to change their policies. I will never book another room via their platform ever again. We were very fortunate to find a room at the Holiday Inn due to it being Easter weekend.

Avoid at all costs! I reserved a room with Hotwire. When I got there they only had one room and it was a smoking room. I asked how bad it was and they let me see it. When I opened the door, the smell was bad, but there was a bunch of debris on the floor (chunks of drywall, metal pieces, and wooden chips). I don't know why this was there, maybe someone tried to break down the door. When I showed the person at the front desk he said he would honor a refund if I requested it from Hotwire. After several days of working through Hotwire, I was finally told that the hotel wouldn't give a refund since I was a no-show, despite that I had a photo of the room with debris in it (proving I was there!!!). Hotwire said the hotel won't refund so they also won't give me a refund per their policy. My new policy is to never use Hotwire again! Avoid this place and avoid Hotwire. The photos on their website have to be from at least 20 years ago. This place is a zero-star hotel. Seemed to be in a bad area also.
