Worst hotel in area! Avoid it!

If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. From the moment we walked in, the entire place smelled like rotten eggs. The elevators were painfully slow, and the AC unit in our room was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom looked old and poorly maintained, and even the lobby had no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to sit or wait. The restaurant experience was just as frustrating. They had only one menu available and were already out of turkey. To make matters worse, our napkins still had someone else’s lipstick on them—completely unacceptable. At the bar, they didn’t have change for a $100 bill, and when I mentioned the poor service to the front desk, the response I got was simply, “Noted for next time.” Overall, this stay was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and the employees treat everyone with a smile and positive attitude. The bed was soft and no issues with the cleanliness of the room. Jorge at the front desk answered all our questions and he made us feel welcome. Thank You Jorge,
