Four Points By Sheraton San Antonio Downtown

Great location just off the riverwalk which is great because you're close but don't have the noise or tight parking garages. Hotel is straightforward, very clean, and comfortable. No complaints at all. You can tell a lot about a hotel by the way the staff greet you. Eddie is an excellent representative for this hotel. He's friendly, very helpful, and has a great sense of humor. So far, talking with him has been my best pet of my stay. Thanks Eddie.

This was such a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful, but the service is really what made the trip for me. Eddie was an absolute standout and actually remembered my name every time he saw me, which was such a nice touch. I also loved the vibe at the pool and looked forward to the breakfast every single morning. I will definitely be back. Thanks again to Eddie for making me feel so welcome!
