RAMADA LIMITED SEA WORLD

It is the third time we have stayed here, the service they give us has always been great. Every time the place is impeccably clean, very good breakfast and great service. On this particular occasion, the night we arrived the air conditioning wasn't working, it was super cold, at midnight they checked it and they had just done an update in the rooms and had omitted putting in a compressor, they said they would notify maintenance, they gave us extra blankets; the next day we left early and upon returning everything was already installed and configured and it worked perfectly, we were surprised by the speed with which they solved the problem; they were very attentive to what we needed. In general, very good service, good conversations with the people at the front desk, especially Michael.

Great and safe environment, great breakfast, easy access to everything. Sally was very efficient.

Room, bedding and everything was clean, staff was friendly from checking to checkout. Will definitely stay here again.
