Pluses: Right on the beach, easy close parking, 8 stories all room with side view of water, best of all the mini kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every meal. Minus: The one bed for us was only a queen and kind of old We were there during the week, off season so no continental breakfast But for the room cost it was still a great value. Needs a table on both sides of the bed and more outlets, so bring an extension cord. It would really be so much better if they had a wood walkway to the edge of the beach so your cart wheels would not get stuck in the sand.

Clean, comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen, living-dining room, suite with an ocean view, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and affordable; there were 5 of us. What is not good is the path to go to the beach; an adult person could not walk there; to one side there is a wooden path, that one was very good, I used that one. Besides being affordable, you can cook there and save a lot; there are no vendors on the beach there.

First time staying there. Location is great, hot tub worked great, nice beach access , hotel itself is outdated but it was clean. Nice view and surprised it had weekend breakfast.
