In the room there was an unpleasant smell that did not go away even opening the door and window.

We were in a lodge facing the car park which was being re-layed so in a particularly noisy spot. Added to that the inexplicable need for Harley riders to rev their engines late at night, this wasn’t the most restful of locations! Not sure if staying in the main building or a different lodge would be any better though. Location was ok. A decent stopping point before heading down to Arizona but we passed other places en route that probably would have been just as good e.g Panguitch and Kanab. Room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us plus our big cases. Air con unit was efficient and not too noisy. Overall an average stay

Atrocious. Avoid at all costs. Unbearable smell in the rooms. Nonexistent soundproofing. Unpleasant and even threatening staff. Dirty pool. Catastrophic breakfast. A nightmare from start to finish.
