Don’t do it! There was toothpaste in the sink from a previous customer. Water in the bottom of the ice bucket. The mattress was bad. Very small room, no closet. Don’t be fooled by their marketing and pictures.

While this is undoubtedly the darkest hotel I have ever stayed in, they made up for it in amenities and staffing. I really liked the communal coffee station and fridge on each floor -it saves space in the rooms. I was really impressed with Anoop and Kevin who manned the front desk and restaurant while we were there. They were both personable and caring and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. 5 stars to each of them!

My room had a smell from day one of four nights. I wish I had complained then but I thought once I got the air going it would be fine and I wasn't planning to stay in the room except to sleep. It was kind of a sweet, sour type smell. After a couple minutes in the room I'd stop noticing it so I wasn't worried. The 3rd night I was in the room longer and I woke up having an asthma attack. I let staff know and they sent maintenance to replace the filter in my AC while I was out. That must've stirred it up because at one AM that night I was up using my inhaler again and calling around to see if anything was not sold out already. Apparently the week after Memorial Day is still quite busy in Moab. It was awful. I can't say what it was just that I had a guest in the room not affiliated with the hotel that agreed it was a weird smell. Google AI suggested that there was either a freon leak or mold in the AC. This hotel was remodeled but overall it feels like when you paint and wallpaper over something really toxic. I would not stay here again. The room I was in was 105. I should add that the staff was very kind and accommodating and do seem to want you to have a good stay. I didn't speak with any management, though. The staff member I complained to did say she contacted the general manager, but they didn't bother to reach out to me. It ruined the last two days of my trip.
