Ramada Inn Moab

Fantastic location, comfy room, the ice machine works, and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. The only negative thing is the tv didn’t work after the second day. They couldn’t fix it because there was no one there to do so. Other than that it was a nice experience.

I stayed at Hotel Moab for 2 nights last month for the first time. Upon my arrival and check in I asked if they offered any discounts for AAA or seniors and the gentleman stated they offered a 10% AAA discount. He was not able to apply the discount, and the other staff member said she would take care of it the next morning. The following day I stopped in the office to check the status and no changes had been made and the original amount had been posted to my credit card account. At checkout I spoke with the manager who stated she would look into it and email me the receipt; two weeks went by and nothing. I then called, they took my name and number and said the manager would call; over a week has passed and no contact. I think more than the lack of discount I am more disappointed in the lack of customer service. If you say you are going to do something than do so. If you choose to stay at this establishment, my advice would be if you have an issue make sure it is taken care of at the time of incident. I have been coming to Moab for years and I’m glad that there are many other options to choose from for my future stays.

Excellent location in very center. Many restaurants and bars in vicinity. Room OK, but dated - no complains for one night stay. Very nice pool with sunbeds, free parking. NO breakfast available.
