My stay at this location was pleasant and I don’t have any complaints. My review however is based on the service and treatment my team and I received from one particular employee Ian Taplett. Ian was absolutely exceptional from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out! He was the most hospitable, warm, and friendly person we encountered at the hotel, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Ian made sure my team was well taken care of, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and suggested local attractions for us to visit during our stay. His level of service truly stood out and made a night-and-day difference in our overall experience. Most importantly, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Ian is exactly the kind of employee who helps the Sheraton brand distinguish itself from other hotels. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to outstanding service deserve recognition. Thank you, Ian, for making our stay so enjoyable!

My husband and I have stayed several times at this hotel during the last 6 months while visiting our daughter and new granddaughter. I'm finally writing the review I'd planned to write since the first visit. Our stays have all been wonderful. The rooms are a good size and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There is a very nice indoor pool and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to the breakfast staff Rosanna and Renz. They greeted us every morning with huge smiles, and were genuinely happy to provide us with whatever it was we needed. Their gracious hospitality is one of the highlights that keep us going back. Can't say enough about them. This will be the hotel of choice for all of our (many) future visits.

Very nice Park City Sheraton/Marriott property with free shuttle to Main Street. Solid on-site bar and restaurant. Rooms are good and staff is great but the fitness center needs improvement. Good value on points. I recommend an interior room for the quiet.
