Comfort Suites Salt Lake Eastside Belt Route

We had the most wonderful welcome when we arrived by a super lady called Ashley. She was very polite and friendly. We are on a 4 week road trip in the USA from the UK and have so far stayed in 18 different hotels/motels. This was so far one of the best welcomes we have received. Ashley should be made employee of the month and receive a bonus 😀 The hotel is good value for money and is beautifully clean. Our room was on the top floor and was very well equipped with all that we could need. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room as we like a coffee when we wake up. I didn't want to go to the lobby in my pjs. Apart from that it was a most enjoyable stay. We stayed 1 night The area around the hotel was very quiet and there is plenty of parking.

A nice, clean and well located hotel. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of Septemeber. We got a lovely warm welcome from Ashley who made a great effort to get us checked in early. She was also very help with local knowledge as we bombared her with questions!! She is as asset to this hotel. Unfortunately we left behind an airtag in the room. We tried several times to ring the hotel but couldn't get an answer. Our next hotel, a Hoilday Inn also tried several times to contact this hotel but, again, couldn't get an answer. It's such a shame as I have no doubt whatsoever Ashley would have helped to reunite us with it.

Just do not stay here, it is an awful place. Very loud, noisy property, NO HOT WATER, other issues as well. I have been in contact with IHG Corporate and this property may no longer be a Holiday Inn Express. NASTY, and I mean NASTY lady working at Front Desk.
