Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites- Do

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Nice pools. Very friendly staff. Affordable rooms (compared to the rest of hotels near downtown). And a great shuttle service. No more than a 15 minute walk from downtown (but their shuttle would take you there too). Free breakfast included. We had a conference there, and the staff was so helpful to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Sizeable room but a previous occupant must have been using the microwave because the room was quite smelly. Needed a really good airing. Pool area was small but clean and towels were provided. Sauna was a welcome addition but is fairly small. Location is good. Some decent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Very spacious room, with two large and comfortable beds, an armchair, a small table, and a desk. It is very comfortable, but there are some things I would improve: the curtains do not darken the window, towels are rationed, as is the complimentary toiletries set. Breakfast before 9 AM and rather poor.
