Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sandy - South Salt Lake City

One of the worst holiday inn hotels we have ever stayed at. Customer service was sub par and if you have a choice of other IHG properties…go there

My stay was excellent overall. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly what I needed. The front desk team was polite and efficient, and the breakfast area was clean with plenty of options. There were a few small areas that could be enhanced, but nothing that took away from the overall quality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”
