Kids eat free so that’s why 2 stars. Didn’t know my husband and I had to pay an extra $14.99 for a regular breakfast buffet. Got woken up at 5:55 by a false alarm fire alarm. Elevators were blocked by a heavy metal door so my 10 year old daughter with a broken leg had to use the stairs which in turn didn’t have an enterance to the lobby ( it was locked ) so we had to Walk around from outside the building. Told front desk about elevator issue and stairs. He said maintenance would take a look. Got my daughter her free breakfast and got on the elevator from lobby floor only to be met with the heavy metal doors on the other side to put floor. Push it open with all my Might. What a joke. Stay somewhere else

Beginning with an absolutely lovely and kind front desk clerk who let me check in very early even though I was a third party booking. To a comfortable, clean, and quiet room perfect for a restful weekend. Buttery soft sheets. Fluffy towels and complimentary Dove bath products. To the staff’s absolutely wonderful accommodation to my needing to make a last minute adjustment to my travel plans. If trying to decide on a South Jordan property, this one is a great choice.

Super poor service, they never redid the room or changed the towels even though we asked them several times. They were not helpful at all in my time of need, I was simply looking for a place to go to wash my clothes since I couldn't use the hotel's service because I didn't have currency with me. Never a smile always looked at us badly.
