B W Capital Reef Resort

Jemal Banks welcomed us and shared alot about Torrey and it's history. The room was quiet and comfortable. We were disappointed that they did not provide any breakfast.

Very accommodating...Clean, nicely appointed room. No breakfast, but gave us good recommendations for breakfast and dinner.

This hotel was ok. It was near capitol reef and next door to a gas station and subway so that was nice. There is no breakfast, but there is a fridge and microwave in your room, so we brought instant oatmeal packets, and pre-cooked sausage and yogurts to eat for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sit in the hot tub and the pool was warm for the kids. The beds aren't comfortable, and my back hurt every night, but it's a dated hotel. So it's about what I expected. As far as room service goes, it was probably the worst I have experienced in a hotel. The first day they didn't make the beds, the second day they didn't come at all, so we had to go steal toilet paper off the cart in the hall and grab some new towels. We had to take some of our trash out at the end of the day and put it in the hotel garbage in the front of the hotel since they didn't empty our trash. The third day they came, but didn't make the bed. It's not a deal breaker for me, cause I am just going to sleep in it again, I just noticed walking down the hall, when they were cleaning the rooms, they don't make the beds. The last day they burst into our room while we were sleeping. Also, we found an item left from the last guest, so they aren't that thorough. There was an envelope on the t.v. stand asking for tips. If the room service was great, I would have happily tipped. There is no one at the desk during the day, so there is not really anyone to talk to about it. Despite the room service issues, I would still stay here again, because it's close to capital Reef, It has an indoor hot tub and pool for the kids, It has a fridge and microwave and the price is cheaper than some of the other hotels nearby.
