Super 8 Vernal UT

Staff is rude. Charged me 15 dollars for my own face towel. It wasn’t even their towel. It was mine. No one is ever at the front desk. They sure don’t like for you to ask them for anything. Housekeeper doesn’t come in to clean. If I were you guys I would definitely find a real super 8. This is the horizon hotel and it really sucks. You can hear me very thing going on in every room in the hall. Don’t fall for it.

We rented three rooms because of a family funeral. Staff helped with every need. In the end we had to check out a day early - they legally could have charged for 3 rooms one night each. Instead management understood our situation and did not charge us the for the last night. Thank you

Gteat rate but no hot water. Bed was bad. A cold shower sucks. Couldn't sleep because the bed was hard and on some type of springs that squeaked. Pool and hot tub were empty. Heater would freeze you then sweat you out.
