Best Western Ludlow Colonial Motel

My husband and I stayed six nights. The staff was very accommodating, not entering our room, but making sure we had everything we needed. If you don't want to spend what it costs to stay slope side this place has great rates and is a very short drive to the mountain. The downtown area of Ludlow, where there is a grocery,a few shops and restaurants, is an easy walk from the motel. Restaurant reservations are a must due to limited seating so plan ahead. The motel also has family rooms.

First thing was seeing clean sheets on garbage bags in the room off of the office- then the in the room was an awful odor, and when asked to change rooms I was given attitude. Then noticed used needles in bathroom. Got out out of there. Do NOT recommend this place at all!

The owners are rude, unprofessional, and disregard anything you have to say. The rooms are messy, the sheets have stains, and the whole place smells like bad fish. Your car is more likely the better option.
