Green Mountain Inn

Very disappointed with this hotel we chose to spend our 30th anniversary. There was mold in the bathroom, the room smelled bad and the jacuzzi tub had a brown slime coming out of the jets! Despite us mentioning this special occasion at the time of booking and again at check in we got no special acknowledgment, not even a simple “happy anniversary”! And on top of all of this they would not match the price we could get on booking.com. I do not recommend staying here!!

Followed the rave reviews regarding this hotel, and I honestly felt duped. The room areas, and our particular room, smelled horrible. Not sure why the smell is so strong, but it made me gag. Absolutely ruined our trip. If I was to look from the outside, the carpets probably need to be ripped up. Would never return.For the price point of this establishment, the accommodations should be much better.

Great location! Great boutique hotel vibe! Loved staying in this hotel right in the center of downtown Stowe. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
