Residence Inn Burlington Williston

Hotel is ok, is clean and quiet. We just stayed one night for a very early flight in the morning. Plenty of parking and it has lots of lights outside if you are leaving in the middle of the night. It offers breakfast in the morning from 6:30-9:00 am. Lots of restaurants around tge area to eat and It is about 8 minutes to the Burlington airport.

Service at the front desk was fantastic on 8/8. Soaking wet floors on a rainy day, not a from a leak but from the overall moisture in the air which I HATE in a hotel. AC was cool enough but not optimal in any way . Its obviously a very old or poorly built building. Rooms are very dark which is fine. Beds are comfortable, shower and water pressure were good. Our rate on a Saturday in August was about $300 all in.. not worth it. I'd rather stay somewhere nice and pay an extra $60. Pool looked nice but we did not use it!

Horrible place. I honestly don’t understand what this hotel has to do with the Marriott brand. This place feels more like a cheap motel than a Marriott property. While the bed was comfortable, the sheets didn’t feel clean, and the same goes for the towels. The bathroom sink was both leaking and clogged. The biggest disappointment was the pool. I promised my kids they would get to enjoy the pool all weekend, but it was absolutely disgusting. The water was almost green, and I was afraid to let them go in. It looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. Instead of spending time at the pool, we went back to our room. Another issue was the complete lack of enforcement of hotel rules. There are signs saying that pets are not allowed, yet people were walking around with large dogs. Dogs were taken to the pool area and even into the breakfast area, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. When items like bread ran out, they were never refilled. The juices were overly sweet, and the garbage bins were overflowing, leaving nowhere to dispose of plates. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my stay was. I told him it was horrible and asked why the pool wasn’t being properly maintained. He tried to explain, but it just sounded like excuses. I definitely won’t be staying here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
