Quality Inn & Suites

My first visit and I was very impressed. The staff in particular were so helpful and going out of the way friendly. Hats off to check in desk and ding staff. My room was spotless. Extra towels there were appreciated. Breakfast has whatever you might want with a large dining area. I will stay there again.

We were looking for a few things when we were looking for a hotel near DC. We wanted free parking, an indoor pool, budget friendly and clean. This hotel delivered! The fridge and microwave in the rooms were an added bonus. There were even toys at the pool. I looked at hotels in Arlington and Alexandria and out of all the options, this was the one that checked all the boxes. We arrived in the middle of the night and felt the location to be very safe. Would recommend and plan to stay again when we come back!

This Hilton is the WORST! They were not adequately prepared for the snow storm that hit the NOVA area, and the parking lot was pitifully plowed. They did clear most of the handicapped spaces, but the Diamond spaces were not adequately plowed, causing members to park farther away. The walk from car to hotel could have been treacherous, having to walk over parking lot areas of ice and snow, and the sidewalks were not completely cleared making travel from car to hotel on the parking lot and navigating over and around iced areas. Completely unacceptable. To compound things, I ended up having to switch rooms 2 times! The first switch due to a non-working toilet, and the 2nd switch due to a non-working shower. Unbelievable! This hotel is in need of serious updates and improved property maintenance.
