location was virginia on lee hwy! How any can give this place more than 2 stars are nuts! This review is done3/26, my wife and i checked into a room here. Sat around watching tv for 3 hours while seated in the chairs. After about 3 hours we went to bed. Honestly, no more than 15 minutes my wife and i felt like we were being bitten. Upon turning on the lights and pulling the sheets down we found bed bugs, dropping, and stains from the dropping on the sheets. Went to the front desk and complained, young lady came and had many suggestion to what they were. Last thing out she suggested was crumbs. So what does that mean, don't clean your sheet? We just went to bed and did not eat in it! I am 68 years old, bend around! She was very informed on bed bug, even while coming up with tons of excuses. In room for to long to refund you, talked to manager he said now the best he could do is put us in another room. Keep the money!!!! I am getting out of here, had to remove cloths before getting into car and tie them tightly in a plastic bag. Changed in pool bathroom, lucky we did not bring anything but one bag in the room. If they got in the car or our bag it would of been a nightmare. BED BUGS PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved the room on Booking . Com the rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures. When I arrived and got out of my car to check in I was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and Marijuna at the front door and I only having 45 percent lung function found this scary and then when I entered the hotel there was a overwhelming smells of Indian food it stunk in that place. The young boy showed me 3 rooms I being exhausted finally agreed on the 3rd room at 1st glance I didn’t notice things but when I went to put my things on the bed the coverlets were filthy and had spill stains on them and hair and the sheets were dirty and hair on them as well. I called front desk the lady that had taken over the young boys shift came and changed the bed with clean linens she was tired and over worked and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke I use a Nebulizer machine and take breathing treatments so this was bad for me. Then when I got ready to shower there wasn’t enough towels and they were raggedy the shower head was caked in Black Mold so I took a bath after I cleaned the tub it also was dirty with hair in it. The carpet had big stains and I picked up a fungus off the floor I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there they are under staffed and not professional they are cheap running a slum motel and he charged my card 177.00 then charged it again for 21.00 NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We were transiting thru, so we stayed here, we were sceptical as the price was too good, but had had good reviews. Great spot to stay, clean, tidy, fridge in room, beds comfy and lovely hot showers. No breakfast but that’s ok and we knew that on booking. Great value I would recommend and stay there again
