Snug Harbor Marina and Hotel

Our experience at Snug Harbor was such a wonderful and peaceful anniversary gift to and from my husband! Basia is the perfect welcoming hostess! The waterfront location is sublime, the rooms were PRISTINE! Comfortable beds! The kitchenette is perfect size, too! Our deck was a peaceful “oasis” to actually relax and enjoy the beauty. The high decks were a perfect vantage point for sunrise and sunset views! Rental opportunities right on the property for kayaks and canoes plus a tour boat with such an incredible Captain John who strives to give each guest the best vantage to witness the various gifts from God, including shore birds, eagles, and of course the famous ponies!! Do yourself a favor and reserve your accommodations now, and tell them that First Responder Therapy Dogs Jethro recommends you! (Our bungalow was pet friendly!)

We had a fabulous time as always ! The location has held many great memories for us... Snug Harbor cant be beat for a Chincoteague Island get away.

I LOVED IT, the tour guide lady was very skilled and knowledgeable, we saw birds, seagulls, ponies, weather was beautiful, I am coming back next year to watch the horses swimming across the water last week of July I highly recommend you to make your reservations right now, they get super busy. I'll see you guys next year.
