Very nice hotel excellent staff very easy to find restaurants and shops.

This hotel was fabulous. Incredibly clean, comfy bed, high end sheets and towels. We had the one bedroom king and requested one with the balcony, which was large and had an outdoor couch on it. They had a Nespresso machine in the room which had a kitchenette. Free breakfast was simple but good and the bar had plenty of seating and good service. The Mosaic district it is located in has lots of places to eat and things to do, so we never had to get our car out of the garage. This was our second time there and I can’t wait to go back.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. The hotel provides a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment that makes every stay enjoyable. The rooms are well-maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall service from the team creates a great guest experience. What impressed me the most is the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and it is clear that the hotel takes pride in making guests feel valued and comfortable. A special thank you to Lloyd, who went above and beyond during both of my stays. He was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming, and he always made sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist made my stays even better. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service and truly cares about the guest experience. Lloyd is a great representation of the hospitality this hotel provides, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized by management. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great experience. I look forward to returning and staying here again in the future.
