We stayed almost a full week with not one day of housekeeping. We had a dog which we paid the pet fee for every day. They charged and additional $25/day deposit which they kept because they said the room needed extra cleaning, which it did not. All it needed was sweeping and mopping and changing the bed clothes. Normal cleaning! These people are crooks. Especially Amita the Foreign Indian Manager. She is a terrible manager and a shyster. She finds any reason she can to take money and keep money! DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE SUCKS! REPORTED TO the BBB along with Choice Hotels!!!!

The front desk and reception area folks were very cordial and helpful. While we expected the rooms to be dated, considering the reasonable price, the bathroom was undesirable, lots of caulked over caulking, ground in dirt. Our room was surrounded by bikers on either side, who hung outside their doors, drinking, talking loud, including the f - bomb repeatedly. We could hear every bit of their conversations, which were nasty. Tried to call the front desk and the phone was not working. Beer cans strewn outside our doors in the AM

On the very first night of my stay, someone broke into my room using a key card — at 2 a.m., a stranger unlocked the door, stepped inside, realized we were there, and quickly left. When I reported this to the front desk, I was met with complete chaos and negligence. Staff were overwhelmed dealing with another guest who injured himself on a crack pipe in his bed, so I couldn’t even report the break-in until later that day.
When I finally did speak to staff, they dismissed my concerns, claiming they'd "text" the manager rather than escalate the issue seriously. Hours after reporting the break-in, two friends of mine (who were not listed on the room reservation) tested the system by asking for keys to my room — and the front desk gave them keys without asking for ID. This happened again with other guests while I stood at the desk.
At no point did anyone seem to care that hotel staff were giving keys to strangers without verifying their identity — a massive safety risk to every guest in that hotel.
When I pressed for a refund, I was repeatedly brushed off. I was told I had already been "compensated," even though no refund appeared on my bill. I was accused of being "out of line" for calmly advocating for my safety and the safety of my team. Ultimately, I received a $100 discount on a multi-room, multi-night reservation after multiple attempts to escalate, and even that refund never actually hit my card.
Bottom line: The staff at this hotel showed blatant disregard for basic guest safety and privacy. Keys were handed out without ID checks, break-ins were downplayed, and management refused to take responsibility. I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere.
Choice Hotels should seriously investigate how this location is being run. No guest should feel unsafe in their own room.
