Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook Hotel

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton Property especially as a Diamond Member. Had a leaky faucet in my sub-par king room and apparently it’s a hotel wide issue that’s know but no signage or additional info from staff to be warned. Just a bad experience and when I tried to talk to the staff all they could do was apologize for the inconvenience and to make matters worse there was no manager on duty!?! No manager at checkout when you’re turning over for the next business day? That’s ridiculous but now I know not to stay here next time I’m in town.

It waa easy to find nice area close to everything. Our room was lovely. Staff waa very nice and helpful.

The room was not fully clean: grimy baseboards, bathroom drains gross. The service was terrible, unhelpful staff due to scarce management availability. The gym was non-functional: all treadmills out of order, weight set incomplete (no small weights, missing mid-weights) and heated like a sauna. Coffee availability spotty in the morning. No cleaning service without explicit request the day before. Find another hotel nearby, this one’s not great.
