We arrived at airport pick up very easy shuttle to hotel. At reception we met Mumtaz. Abdullah. He was very polite and helpful exposing all what hotel has making it very simple to then navigate our way around , so much easier when this happens so thank you. We also met Abdullah who also supported us and answering questions that were asked. Both very polite and confident people.

Food at the restaurant is typical Sysco Food slop. Nothing too special except the drinks are good. No laundry service but they state: “we have a shuttle that will take you to our sister hotel to do your laundry” the shuttle will take you to the airport first (despite the other hotel being less than a mile down the road) where you get on another shuttle for the sister hotel (Holiday Inn) and then ride that do the hotel to do your laundry. Then when you’re done you have to call the shuttle to come pick you up. The washing machines won’t take credit cards so you have to walk next door to the McDonald’s to get change. For some reason, the Holiday Inn doesn’t carry change for its own guests to do their laundry. Guest services didn’t seem to be in communication with the drivers to understand this laundry rigmarole. Water is 3.50 a bottle, bring your own. Close to shopping and food. Exercising room is mediocre at best.
