The hotel is located just off of the Midlothian Trail The front desk staff were friendly and helpful The room had all of the standard amenities; the bed was comfortable The free buffet breakfast was good Our room was in a building that was detached from the main lobby Our only complaint was that the detached building didn't have an elevator; those who require ADA accommodations and/or would struggle to carry their luggage up a flight of steps should consider this before booking a room. Overall a good experience

I was stuck in Bon Air because I am an essential worker at the juvenile correction center. I could not get home and back after the snow and ice came. The staff here helped me walk, park, took care of every need I had. I just had to go to work and back. I am almost 68 and my family were so afraid I would fall, but a gentleman on staff walked me back and forth, unloaded my car, generally became my strength on this awful ice. The entire staff was caring and helpful. I will recommend this hotel anytime!
