HYATT PLACE RICHMOND

Room condition was less than expected. Beds weren’t as comfortable as other hotels. Reception and kitchen staff wasn’t as friendly as we’re used to.

Front desk associates, Mary and Andrea, were fantastic and so helpful! Each was highly professional and far exceeded the expectations of a front desk attendant - super job!

Ridiculous is putting it nicely. I had stayed at The Hyatt Place for a month and half not causing any problems at tall. From the start a weirdo black woman who was a manager there wouldn't say high which is no biggie but she would look at me with so much hatred it was crazy she was trying to intimidate me and it worked. The last 2 days I've complained because they wouldn't clean the filthy room, the whole damn place was filthy and I was forced to have to deal with the creepy black woman right away I knew she was looking for trouble So she STARTED LYING ABOUT THINGS I supposedly said and did. So the head of the place an Asian woman came out and talked to me about it THIS WOMAN KNEW THAT WHAT THE WEIRDO BLACK LADY WAS A LYE TOLD ME THAT AND SAYS "SHE'S ALWAYS KINDA HYPER 🤔 and acted like she understood at the end of the conversation she said I told you 5 times YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE .SO I CALLED a friend who lives 10 minutes away and we went back in and the hateful Asian women immediately says I have to be out within 2 hours So in my opinion she's a bigger pile of dung 💩 than the psycho black women This place is not worth what they charge, filthy dirty and a bunch of LIARS. I would not suggested this place to my worst enemy 😤!!!!!!!!!
