I’ve stayed here 4 times since June. Never had any issues. This last visit, I had small hiccups with my room, but the Front Desk apologized for the inconveniences and made it right. The GM Aaron C. is a ray of sunshine and a ball of fun. At checkout, he was so welcoming and understanding. We held a convo and forgot all about checking out, lol. The breakfast is always great. The staff on every shift and the breakfast team are super nice. *Parking is super tight tho.*

Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield, VA Google review summary 4.1 We had an excellent stay at Homewood Suites. We requested a room upgrade and it was all taken care of before we checked in. Breakfast was well stocked and had plenty of choices. The burrito option was unique and delicious. Our room was clean and even though they said they cleaned every other day there was only one day our room wasn't cleaned. Staff was helpful and always quickly answered and helped with simple requests such as towels and soaps, cups, coffee, etc. Parking was paid 3rd party and the lot was tight, even for my SUV a honda pilot, but we were always able to get a spot and didn't have safety issues. Obviously always important to stay aware. There was easy access to the metro (not walkable) about a mile away and there are lots of restaurants and shops close by. It was a great affordable option for our DC adventures.

Great great experience.. Rooms were fabulous, clean, nice toiletries, comfy beds.. Most important of all, the AC was good (not amazing) and the room got dark.. Front desk staff was fabulous, easy FAST late night check in.. Often times a late check is slow (you wonder if this is their first time they've done it) got lots of help with checking out specific to the parking validation. Thats the only negative about this hotel, parking is in multi-level garage that is very packed and tight lanes. If you have a large vehicle (like we do) it's not easy.. Other than that, amazing place to stay.
