1. Rundown accommodations including the elevator 2. It was hard to get clean towels 3. Breakfast was stale or expired 4. Housekeeping kept knocking before 11am checkout We will stay somewhere else on Virginia beach for the next visit

I honestly don’t know how this hotel is legally allowed to operate. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The parking lot was flooded when we pulled in, which should have been the first warning sign. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The room had a mini microwave as advertised a “kitchenette” and was filthy. There was mold inside the coffee pot, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On our last day, the ceiling in our room actually caved in because of water damage from the flooding outside.. The flooding also affected the parking area and got water all over the cars. There were homeless individuals constantly circling the building, the elevator felt like it was going to break every time someone used it, and the advertised breakfast bar didn’t exist. This hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, misleadingly advertised, and did not feel safe. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else

This is a roach hotel , the picture on line is enhanced the place is nasty with roaches
