Affordable Corporate Suites of Waynesboro

I booked this hotel directly through its website about three weeks in advance. Two days before my check-in date, I received an email informing me that my confirmed reservation had been canceled. I was very confused and immediately contacted the hotel. The representative told me she was not sure why the reservation had been canceled, but she was able to reinstate it—at a 5% higher rate. The timing and circumstances were extremely concerning. A business that cancels confirmed reservations at the last minute and then reinstates them at a higher price is not one I feel comfortable trusting. This is an unacceptable way to handle a confirmed reservation and raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Donna and staff were very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are basic but clean with kitchens suitably equipped. Good place for extended stays with most of the comforts of home.

My husband, age 89 and I, age 83 have been staying in Affordable Suites since May of this year.We been happy with the accomdation. During our stay we have become to know our manager, Donna. She is very attentive to our needs and take care of what we ask of her in a timely manner. She is always pleasant and easy to converse with. You have a good employee. Value her.
