Colonial Gardens Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I had a lovely experience staying at the Colonial Gardens B&B. We stayed in the Library Room on the first floor, and we were cozy, and very comfortable. Angela, our host, made a delicious breakfast for us in the morning. Since the B&B is next to William and Mary and the historic district of Williamsburg, we traveled home after sightseeing. It was a great choice. We arrived home rested and relaxed, and we look forward to the next time. Thank you again Angela, for everything. SL and BL

10/10 – Absolutely Exceptional! ❤️ Staying at Colonial Gardens was such a wonderful experience. My husband and I were looking for a little Virginia getaway, and this charming B&B was absolutely perfect. Our host, Angela, was an absolute delight — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. We stayed in the Rhododendron Room, and it was lovely — spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The vanity was gorgeous, and every little detail made the room feel welcoming and relaxing. Highlight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Don’t skip breakfast or the “Tea for Two” experience — seriously, they’re not to be missed! Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh-baked pastries and a hot, savory plate, all enjoyed with a beautiful view of the gardens. And the Tea experience? Pure perfection. As a British guest, I was thrilled to see it offered, and Angela delivered beautifully. Everything — from the finger sandwiches to the pastries and desserts — was freshly made and absolutely delicious, served with wonderful teas. Colonial Gardens is perfect for couples or families, with gorgeous gardens, delicious food, cozy rooms, and an amazing host. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Williamsburg!

Colonial Gardens deserves all 5 stars. It was a delightful stay from the time I arrived till I left. This Bed and Breakfast is as charming as they come. The owner Angela was very hospitable and accommodating our whole trip. I Would highly recommend a stay if you are in the area.
