Reported a dangerous male employee (Chris Lyon) to HR and GM, including proof of his activity. This male spends his time cyber bullying women online. The female GM Jennifer Nunzio brushed the concerns aside and made 0 attempt at remedying the situation. Very disappointed that another woman would willfully let this predator continue working in an environment surrounded by women.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt one was warranted. This place was awful and an absolute waste of money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found someone else's dirty socks left in the room, and the sheets had visible stains on them. Finding dirty items from a previous guest and stained bedding made us seriously question whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. Getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. The hotel is next to a construction site where work started early in the morning. The walls are also extremely thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors talking and pretty much everything going on in the rooms around you. To make matters worse, the plumbing is incredibly loud. Every time someone in a nearby room flushed their toilet, you could hear it loudly through the walls. The customer service made the experience even worse. I was simply trying to request a late checkout of just 30 additional minutes, but I kept receiving conflicting information from different employees. I was eventually told that I needed to speak with housekeeping and was transferred to them. The person in housekeeping was rude and actually hung up on me. I called back and was transferred to someone else at the front desk, who was also extremely unhelpful. All of this over a simple request for an extra 30 minutes. For what this hotel charges, this experience was completely unacceptable. A clean room, clean bedding, reasonable peace and quiet, and basic courtesy from the staff should be the bare minimum. Instead, we got a dirty room, stained sheets, paper-thin walls, excessive noise, terrible communication, and rude treatment from employees. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The reason I liked this hotel is because it was not in the middle of the downtown area and the parking was easy. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. But, I still preferred it to some of the other hotels in downtown Bellevue. This hotel is in a quiet business park area. The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly. The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking.
