SUPER 8 LEAVENWORTH

An old friend called and said that he would be visiting for a couple of days and had prebooked this hotel. Much against my better judgement I picked him up at the airport and brought him to this 'hotel'. The exterior of the establishment was dirty with papers soda cans, etc.,the office was by no means inviting, the stairway rails needed a good cleaning and the room reminded me of something out a cheap 'B' movie. I requested my friend to stay with me. He canceled his reservation, paying for one day and left.

In 51 years of marriage, this is the worst place we have ever stayed. At 72 & 73 years of age, we shouldn't be expected to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. NO ELEVATOR AND FILTHY HANDRAIL. Was NOT CLEAN! We had prepaid for 5 nights but left after 1.

Will never stay here again. My 8 yr old walked into a room we were given to a frown man on the toilet. We had to clean our own bathroom. The front desk person waa RUDE and wouldnt help me because he was sleepomg even though sign says 24 hour
