GuestHouse Inn & Suites Monroe

I was charged 191.38 cents for an additional night. The charge was fraudulent I contacted the hotel they told me I should not have been charged twice. And that I would be refunded. It has now been 12 days and I have yet to see the money. My bank confirmed that it was a double charge but it cannot be disputed until the hotel releases the charge. The hotel denied any hold being on my account and told me I would not be refunded after telling me I would be. This charge has been pending on my account for 12 days. Do not stay here they are not professional they let their emotions dictate their actions they are not helpful. They stole from me and I am having to file a police report against them

I went to the Evergreen state fair for a concert. It seemed to be the best option in the area. Hotel, rooms, pool and hot tub were very clean and one of the most clean pool and hot tubs I have seen at a hotel. It would be nice if they have safes in the rooms. Only negatives with room was bathtub after shower seemed to not have all water drain and a little would stand there, found some outlets near the bed that did not work and walls seemed a little thin. I heard mumbles from neighbor in the morning and housekeeping through the wall. Pool could have been a little warmer but nice and cool for summertime. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Breakfast was OK but not fantastic but since it was included in the rate, it was filling. The coffee in the room was better than the coffee at breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Was on a trip and stopped here unexpectedly, check in was easy and the lady was very nice. The hotel is well kept, my room was quiet, clean and modern. The breakfast was good, the cinnamon pastries were surprisingly filling and tasty. I would stay here again
