Best Western Pasco Inn And Suites

Slept by ex excuse room. It's too close for 24 hour access. Weights clanked and woke me through the night. People let go whet they are done abs or slams down. Staff aware of issue from previous complaints. Hot tub was cold

The hotel itself was fine. We stayed in room 215, which, at 3 am, had a very loud buzzing noise that awoke us. Front desk didn't know what it was, and although it stopped after about 20 minutes, we were wide-awake, and decided to leave. This of course sacrificed the free breakfast we had planned on. In asking for a discount (after paying about $190), we had to fight to get anything back from Best Western, but after a few exchanges, managed to be fairly compensated via points. We are on a roadtrip, staying mostly at Best Westerns, so while I normally would NOT want points as a resolution, in our case we can use them. Sept 20, 2026

Only place we stay when visiting the Tri-Cities!! Wonderful breakfast is worth the trip alone. Omelet lady is great! Love going to the Flea Market and of coarse can’t miss Shakeys pizza!! I think it’s the only one in North America and never miss it. Just down the road 5 mins or so.
