American Travel Inn

American Travel Inn really gives off those classic road trip vibes — simple, comfy, and close to everything you actually need. Perfect crash spot after a long day exploring. I usually grab my energy fix from dutchbrosmenudrink.com before hitting the road!

Worst motel/hotel ever! Confrontational staff, charged me from across the parking lot at my room door, 1/ 2 hour after check in. Screaming because they wanted more for the pet deposit than I had already paid by contract. Harassed and threatened me. Floor was dirty. Screen was ripped, finish and walls chipped, dirty parking lot too.

DO NOT STAY we got there there was no one in the office called the number they said the key was under the mat. That was super weird we were in our room 5 minutes before the cops came knocking and there was major yelling from a few doors down that new didn’t even know was happening. After that got taken care of the old lady came and said we had to go to the office and pay. We had already paid in full online then she says she didn’t have anything from anywhere and charged another $89 to our card after we’d already paid online then tells us to go online and cancel a non refundable night that was already paid for so needless to say do not stay there if you value your time or money or want to not be bothered by police while just trying to pass through all in all 0 stars for them and I’ll never go back. ( I stay in Pullman every weekend this is the worst hotel so far)
