Last minute booking for me - I had to pick up a car from PDX cuz all rental car companies in SEA ran out of cars. I arrived at 2am but check in was seamless. The room was clean. Solid choice for an overnight crash.

The room had a foul, overwhelming odor upon entry. Furthermore, the floors were visibly dirty, and the bedsheets provided were soiled and unwashed. When I brought these health and cleanliness concerns to the attention of the staff, no action was taken to rectify the situation. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the front desk agent actively escalated the situation by raising her voice at me. When I finally spoke to the front desk agent again, she falsely claimed she had gone to my room to check on the situation. I was inside the room the entire time; she never showed up. When I confronted her about this, she became extremely hostile and repeatedly raised her voice at me.
