Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn

No hot water at sink, bedroom grubby slept on top of bed, didn't like to use the shower! l night stay! Be aware a $100 charge for incidentals was charged to my cedit card. There were no "incidental" charges and more than a week later still trying to get it refunded!

I’ve been parking here for the past 5+ years and have never had any problems. I have a Honda Ridgeline and their ownership decided, after I made my reservation online, to charge an additional $10 per day without warning me before the morning of our flight. I thought there must be a mistake, but the hotel clerk gave me no option but to cancel and find other parking or pay the additional charges. I’m shocked and disappointed at this deceptive and possibly illegal business practice and will be reporting these activities to the Better Business Bureau. My reservation was made using the Way app and they have been super-supportive. Be sure to read the fine print before making a reservation at this hotel. I’m hoping this was a mistake and I will get the overcharges returned or given credit for future parking trip. My SUV is not oversized and is definitely not an oversized truck. The staff has always been great to work with. The shuttle pick up sometimes takes longer than we’d like, but we keep coming back to them. This may be the last reservation if not addressed appropriately with fairness and professionalism.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever been in. Was suggested here since me and my fiance are homeless but even if we didn’t have a car I wouldn’t sleep here. Roaches on the west coast? I thought it was too cold!! So many roaches in this motel. It seems as though it’s never cleaned. The woman at the front desk banged on my fiances window because he was parked and she wanted to sell the parking spot he was in. Room didn’t even have blinds. Neighbors were loud and unruly. Hot water doesn’t work. Is there anything good about this motel? I’d say no. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
