Motel 6 Seattle Airport South

Do not recommend, I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and It may have just been a bad night for them. But it was a very bad situation for us. First, the courtesy van to the airport was broken. (I had called the motel direct, prior to booking through Expedia to make sure they had transportation to the airport.) They explained it had broken that day. Okay, I asked about cancelling reservation and going to a different motel. I was told I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia and the guy said he had to call the hotel. He called back and said they declined my request. When I questioned and complained about it, the owner said that service is complimentary. I explained, I should be allowed to cancel since they did not have the service they advertised. When I called a different hotel and was going to take the loss. I was complaining, she approached me and offered to provide an uber. That I appreciated. The desk clerk was great that night and held her composure well given her situation. After that the owner left, just before she could make my keys, The batteries ran out of power on the key card machine. When she went to change them, the entire battery pack fell out of the machine and she could not get it to operate after that. She called the owner and others and no one was able to help. People piled in and had to wait as she tried to resolve the situation. The solution was for her to use her master key card to open each room. The room was not bad, a typical Motel 6 room except some soap on the floor in the shower and smelled like cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be non- smoking. Stayed at Motel 6's in the past, Never experienced anything like this before.

David was over the top for his customer service I need a bed to sleep and wash my work clothes and David came out of his office to help me with the machines that owners were not aware of were broken and the first room David put me in smelled of urine very bad David again came out of his office to say that he had got me another room and he was very nice and accommodating with the things I needed this location has changed a lot and is very welcoming and peaceful and very friendly so u can get the most of ur stay is Seattle David needs to be in a position to get things done and make a difference for people staying here I’m a truck driver and I needed the smallest things and David made sure he put this location on 188th on his back to meet this great standards that u are looking for.

Horrible. The free wifi kept cutting in/out and I couldn't use my cell phone because my room was some kind of mobile device black hole; if I wanted to accomplish anything on my phone, I had to go outside! Half the vending machines were out of order and the rest wouldn't let you choose anything.
